Raon Assistant, developed by AI specialist company Raon People, can be seen as a smart AI personal assistant. Laon People announced on the 26th that Laon Assistant supports both cloud and on-premise environments and provides professional knowledge and technology necessary for work through the process of constantly analyzing and learning user data. In addition, Raon Assistant can provide creative and diverse information as well as solutions to problems based on the chatbot function.
Raon Assistant is connected to the user. Specifically, it learns in real time the user’s online and offline knowledge, such as MS365 documents and emails. Afterwards, based on related data, the user provides desired information or supports various services.
According to Laon People, the new assistant can quickly organize company introductions such as history and changes, technology status, and product introductions when new employees enter the company website and product manuals. In addition, when the human resources and general affairs department uploads the list of executives and employees, company regulations, and general affairs-related status, it is possible to manage family events and condolences based on learning. Raon People explains that you can also check special matters such as service regulations, furniture, and asset management.
In particular, the new assistant is expected to provide helpful functions for sales representatives. Laon People said that if a sales representative within a company uploads sales-related files to the new assistant, they can receive market research results and sales strategy suggestions, or share sales strategies through customer data and insight analysis.
In addition, the new assistant is capable of creating presentation materials and consulting based on overall data about companies and users, inputting and learning professional data, and can provide solutions for not only tasks but also general matters through the chatbot function. Accordingly, it is analyzed that companies will be able to share information and collaborate across departmental boundaries and maximize synergy. Laon People emphasized that the new assistant can fully perform the role of a business assistant by exchanging data and information and performing advanced tasks.
