According to the real estate industry on the 25th, Kim Soo-hyun is known to have purchased additional Galleria Foret, a luxury residential-commercial complex apartment complex in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, in January of this year and owns a total of three units.

Kim Soo-hyun, who purchased a 297㎡ (90 pyeong) penthouse for 4.02 billion won in October 2013, purchased a 231㎡ (70 pyeong) penthouse for 3.02 billion won in October 2014 the following year. Also, this year, an additional 297㎡ (90 pyeong) penthouse was purchased for 8.8 billion won.

Kim Soo-hyun, who signed a sales contract in November of last year, paid the balance in full within two months and received ownership transfer. In this process, Kim Soo-hyun received a loan of 4.84 billion won, the highest amount of bonds, using the apartment as collateral. For this reason, there is an interpretation that he may have paid the balance using a combination of 4.4 billion won in cash and loans.

Galleria Foret attracted attention with the highest selling price of 45.35 million won per pyeong when it was sold in 2008.

Currently, the market price of the three Galleria Foret homes owned by Kim Soo-hyun has risen to 7.2 billion won and 11 billion won (2 homes) respectively, which is why it is estimated that his assets will reach up to 30 billion won.
