Actor Kim Soo-hyun owns three Galleria Foret properties alone, and it is estimated that their value amounts to 30 billion won.

According to the real estate industry on the 25th, Kim Soo-hyun purchased Galleria Foret, a luxury residential-commercial complex apartment complex located in Seongsu-dong, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, in January of this year and owns a total of three units.

Kim Soo-hyun purchased a 297㎡ (90 pyeong) penthouse for 4.02 billion won in October 2013, and a 231㎡ (70 pyeong) penthouse for 3.02 billion won in October 2014. In addition, an additional 297㎡ (90 pyeong) penthouse was purchased this year for 8.8 billion won.

Kim Soo-hyun signed a sales contract in November last year, paid the balance in full and received ownership transfer within two months. During this process, Kim Soo-hyun received a loan of 4.84 billion won, the highest amount of bonds, using the apartment as collateral. This is interpreted as whether he paid the balance by adding the loan amount to 4.4 billion won in cash.

Galleria Foret became a hot topic when it was sold in 2008 with the highest selling price of 45.35 million won per pyeong. It is known that the high floor height provides an excellent sense of openness, and views of the Han River and Namsan Mountain are possible at the same time. Kim Soo-hyun paid 4.02 billion won when he purchased it in 2013 and 3.02 billion won in 2014. However, given that the market price of Galleria Foret has risen from 7.2 billion won to 11 billion won in 10 years, it is estimated that Kim Soo-hyun’s assets are up to 30 billion won.
