Carrot Insurance opens safe driving campaign for trucks in Jeonnam

100 people selected as excellent truck drivers were each given 300,000 won in gas vouchers. The OGood Project is a public-private cooperation project developed by Carrot and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority to strengthen the awareness of safe driving among truck drivers. Last year, the campaign was conducted for truck drivers active in Seoul and this year in Jeollanam-do.

This OGood Project Jeonnam campaign actually contributed to the safe driving of participants. As a result of analyzing the degree of safe driving focusing on the constant speed ratio among the driving information collected through Carrot Plug, an Internet of Things (IoT) device, the percentage of safe driving among campaign participants in the month of August was 81.5%, compared to the average of 70.3%. exceeded it. Even in September, after the end of the campaign, the proportion of participants driving safely remained unchanged at around ±0.5 percentage points (p).
