According to the National Career Counseling Teachers’ Association (Jeonjinhyeop) and entrance exam institutes on the 21st, it is known that no high school seniors have yet had perfect scores in all subjects after the 2024 CSAT held on the 16th.

Usually, rumors spread when a student gets a perfect score in all subjects through provisional scoring right after the CSAT, but there is no news yet about a high school senior getting a perfect score.
Lim Seong-ho, CEO of Jongno Academy, said, “Normally, two to three days after the CSAT provisional scoring is completed, a perfect score appears,” adding, “At the moment, it appears that there are no perfect scorers.”
There were 3 people who got perfect scores on the CSAT last year, 1 person in 2022, 6 people in 2021, and 15 people in 2020.
If there are no students with perfect scores this year, it will be two years since the 2022 CSAT. In 2022, the only person with a perfect score was a half-graduate student who wanted to major in liberal arts.
Megastudy, which produced perfect scorers in 2022, also said that it is not hearing any news about current students getting perfect scores this year. An official from Megastudy Education said, “It seems that none of the students have a perfect score on the college entrance exam.”
Megastudy understands that one repeat student who took the online lecture received a perfect score as a result of the provisional grading, but there are cases where the grading results are inflated or falsely entered, so it is not certain.
In addition, it is said that there is no news of perfect scorers yet from other large entrance exam academies such as Etoos Education, Sidae Talent, and Daesung Academy.
Grades and accurate statistics, including those with perfect scores, can be known after the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation confirms and announces the correct answer. This year’s CSAT scores will be notified to test takers on December 8th.
