The ‘2024 Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Volunteer Manager Warmth Sharing Workshop’ hosted by the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Volunteer Center was successfully held at the Chuncheon Bears Hotel on the 23rd. The workshop on this day consisted of an explanation of the warmth sharing campaign and a pledge campaign to promote warmth sharing. The Warmth Sharing Campaign was designed to expand the role of sharing and build consensus to solve various social problems such as low birth rate, aging, and suicide rate. Next, a special lecture was held on the topic of ‘Communicating within an organization according to MBTI personality type’ to strengthen the mutual bond between the center and administration, and healing programs such as creating a terrarium to relieve managers’ stress were also conducted.

Gwang-gu Park, Chairman of the Provincial Volunteer Center, said, “Through this workshop, we hope that you will be able to take a break from your busy volunteer work and gain an opportunity for help and development through communication with other cities and counties.” He added, “As healing and experience programs are also held, you will be able to recharge your body and mind.” “I ask you to make more efforts to develop volunteerism.”

Meanwhile, on the 24th, the second day of the workshop, a program to experience the Chuncheon area along with a general review of the workshop will be held.
