In order to secure excellent design and construction quality for the contract-type purchase rental housing project, Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation participates from the design stage to check whether the design standards presented by the corporation have been applied, and conducts and manages quality checks at each project stage during the construction work. It is a business method.

Through this announcement, the Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation has relaxed the purchase target from houses scheduled to be built ‘before project approval in 2023’ to houses scheduled to be built ‘before construction commencement is reported in 2024’.

In addition, a new step-by-step inspection procedure will be introduced to strengthen design and structural stability, and for the first time, housing purchases for newlyweds will be promoted.

Applications for contract-type purchase rental housing in 2024 will be accepted in person at the headquarters of Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation in Suwon City from May 20 to June 10.

We plan to comprehensively review the location conditions, such as accessibility to public transportation, and the convenience of living, including the housing plan, and select the final house for purchase after a purchase review (scheduled for July).
