The Uljin region, on the east coast, will be relatively cool with a daytime maximum temperature of 22 degrees.
The Meteorological Administration warned that the temperature difference between day and night would be as large as 15 to 20 degrees, and urged people to take care of their health.
The premature heat wave is expected to subside on the 29th with daytime temperatures hovering around 20 degrees as rain falls across the country.
In particular, on the east coast of Gyeongbuk, daytime temperatures will drop significantly due to the influx of east winds on the 28th, which is a holiday.
