On the 7th of last month, Hamas reportedly carried out a surprise attack on Israel and detained about 240 hostages, and the White House said it was working to secure the release of children and female hostages in particular.
Israel, which is expanding its urban warfare, said it had discovered a Hamas weapons manufacturing factory in a mosque in the Gaza Strip.
It was confirmed that 28 premature Palestinian babies who were urgently transported from Al Shifa Hospital during the Israeli attack arrived in Egypt through the Rafah border.
Meanwhile, as Israel allowed limited fuel entry into the Gaza Strip, 19,500 liters of fuel per day were imported for the first time.
The White House said it was expanding humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip and reiterated the need to uphold international law to prevent innocent casualties.
