Now, the participation of Chinese specialized companies in domestic robot and smart factory exhibitions is no longer an unfamiliar sight. Chinese logistics robot companies, which lost the opportunity to participate in domestic exhibitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, are not slowing down their offensive against the Korean market, targeting the ever-expanding domestic logistics robot market following the end of COVID-19. Chinese logistics robot companies are stimulating the purchase desires of domestic customers by gaining quality competitiveness in addition to price competitiveness, and domestic robot companies are also racing to expand partnerships with Chinese companies.
This exhibition includes Geek+, HAI ROBOTICS (海柔创新), MUSHINY (牧星智能), Vision Nav Robotics (未来机器人), and Senad Robot ( Chinese logistics robot companies such as SENAD, AiTEN, and Lanxin Robotics have expressed their candidacy. Geek Plus and Hi Robotics have already built sufficient awareness among domestic companies by participating in several domestic exhibitions. However, companies such as Mushaini, Vision Nabi Robotics, Senad Robots, Iten Robotics, and Lanxin Robotics are attracting attention in that they have not appeared much at domestic exhibitions. This trend is expected to spread further in the future.
The size of the booths of participating Chinese companies exceeds that of most domestic companies. Robot experts believe that Chinese logistics robot companies’ efforts to target the domestic market are intensifying to a level that threatens the domestic robot ecosystem, and are looking at it with concern.
These Chinese companies introduced large-capacity product storage and retrieval robot systems, case handling robots, palletizing robots, unloading robots, industrial transport robots, and autonomous forklifts targeting the needs of domestic logistics companies. The booths of these companies are receiving a steady stream of visitors. These Chinese companies are increasing contact points with domestic customers through the establishment of domestic branches and partnerships with domestic companies.
