Supercell will release its first new mobile game in 5 years, ‘Squad Busters’, globally on May 29th.

Squad Busters is played by participating in a 10-player multiplayer match, forming a squad for 4 minutes, and competing against rivals to win by earning more gems.

Various characters from the Supercell universe appear. You can meet unique characters from Supercell’s existing hit games, including ‘Barbarian’, who starts out as a cute baby character and gains new abilities as he evolves into ‘Classic’ and ‘Super’ forms.

“Supercell’s goal is to create the best game that many people can enjoy and remember for a long time,” said Ilka Paananen, CEO of Supercell. “This new game, Squad Busters, which has already shown high potential, introduces a variety of Supercell characters. “We designed it to be enjoyed in a unique way, so we look forward to the response from fans and players around the world.”

Meanwhile, Squad Busters was launched as a soft launch service in some countries, including Canada, Mexico, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Singapore, starting April 23. Pre-registration is in progress on the App Store.
