Local media including Il Martino reported on the 1st (local time) that Ahn, the wife of soccer player Kim Min-jae, who belongs to Italian Serie A SSC Napoli, had a car accident in the center of Naples.

According to Il Martino and others, Kim Min-jae’s wife, Ahn, was involved in a traffic accident on Torretta Giordano Bruno street in the center of Naples.

It is said that Ahn ran into a boy passing by, and the boy was immediately taken to the hospital by ambulance. The condition of the boy in the accident is not yet known.

Calcio Napoli 24, a local media, said, “Ahn did not suffer any special damage from the accident, so it is not a situation to worry about.”

This is the second time that Ahn has been involved in a vehicle-related incident in Naples. He also made the front page of local media when a car parked on the roadside in front of his house was stolen in November of last year.

Meanwhile, Kim Min-jae married Ahn, who is the same age as her, in May 2020 and held her daughter in her arms the following year. After getting married, he went through the Chinese Super League and the Turkiye Super League before advancing to the Italian Serie A stage.

Kim Min-jae was the main defender of SSC Napoli this season, and took the lead in winning the league for the first time in 33 years and was even nominated for the Serie A Best Defense Award.
