High1 Resort, which participated as the title sponsor of the PBA Tour last season, joined the PBA team league this season and has Lee Chung-bok, Lim Sung-kyun, Nguyen Duc Ain Trien, Nguyen Phuong Linh (also Vietnam), Luffy Chenet (Turkye), Lee Mi-rae, and Yong Yong. This tournament will begin with the women’s LPBA first qualifying round on the 22nd, followed by the second qualifying round and the round of 64 on the 23rd.
On the 24th, the men’s PBA round of 128 begins in earnest.
The LPBA finals will be held at 9:30 p.m. on the 29th, and the PBA finals will be held at 9:30 p.m. on the 30th.
The key point to watch is whether Lee Chung-bok will win his first professional win.
Lee Chung-bok, who entered the professional ranks through priority registration this season, has yet to taste a victory in the past six tours.
Lee Chung-bok will face off against Belgian powerhouse Eddie Refens (SK Rent-a-Car) in the round of 128.
In the women’s division, the previous tour winner, Choi Hye-mi (Welcome Savings Bank), will receive a seed and begin the competition in the round of 64, while ‘super rookie’ Kwon Bal-hae and ‘3-cushion World Championship winner’ Lee Shin-young will compete from the first round of the first preliminary round.
