HMD Pulse Pro
Finnish smartphone startup HMD Global unveiled the low-cost smartphone ‘HMD Pulse’ series. This is the first time that HMD has launched its own brand smartphone rather than Nokia.
HMD Pulse consists of three types: ▲HMD Pulse ▲HMD Pulse+ and ▲HMD Pulse Pro. All models offer HMD’s first-generation repair capabilities. Users can replace the battery and display themselves by purchasing a self-repair kit from repair company iFixit.
The cheapest ▲HMD Pulse features a 6.65-inch 90Hz LCD display, 4/6GB RAM, 64GB expandable storage, a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support, and dual cameras including an 8MP front camera and a 13MP main camera at the rear. do. It also provides IP52 water resistance.
▲HMD Pulse+ has the same display specifications as the basic model, an 8GB RAM option has been added, and the storage capacity has been increased to 128GB. The 5000mAh battery that supports 10W charging is the same, and the 8MP front camera is also the same. A 50MP main camera is installed on the back.
The top ▲HMD Pulse Pro also has the same display specifications. It is configured with the same memory as the Plus model, but the 5000mAh battery supports faster 20W charging. The 50MP + 2MP dual camera is also the same as the Plus model, and a 50MP camera is provided on the front instead of 8MP.
The HMD Pulse series is all powered by the 12nm Unisoc T606 processor. In addition, a fingerprint sensor is built into the side power button, and Android 14 OS is preloaded. In the future, 2nd generation OS updates and 3 years of security patches will be provided.
