There is a reason why I talk about heroes so often.

At the moment when Mr. Trot ‘True’ was born, I remembered Lim Young-woong crying and saying that he would give the prize money of 100 million won to his mother. It was a touching moment, a scene where he cried with emotion on the phone with his mother. After that, it is said that many people visited the hair salon run by his mother in town. They felt sorry for not being able to meet their son, so they placed a ‘guest book’ in front of the hair salon. I just wanted to let my son know my name considering the hard work I had to go through after coming such a long way. It’s not easy to be considerate.

A stub of my mother’s memories. “A mother held my hand and cried for a long time without saying a word. I was in a hospital bed for several years and couldn’t even see sunlight, and then I woke up after hearing ‘Baram’. “The reason I was able to come this far is because of the strength that Hero gave me.”

So, I was curious to know if my mother still runs the hair salon that she used to run, and I thought it might have something to do with the changes in the life of singer Lim Young-woong. I found it through search. I gave up the hair salon. Life is about changing.

I was happy. I always feel relieved. Isn’t this Lim Young-woong, who went through harsh hardships in his early years? There is a story that he carries with his life. “I will never lose my original intention, thinking of the love you gave me from the beginning.”

A mother who always feels the same way when she sees her son becoming a singer. “I thought there were only two people in the world, the hero and I. But I knew it when I saw Hero on the final stage of TV Chosun’s Mr. Trot. With that ‘mouth’ that the child was so thirsty for, he is replacing the words he was so thirsty for with a song. That no one is alone and that we must first reach out to the world. “The voices of seven children cheering and hugging each other have brought comfort and healing to the Republic of Korea.”

Whose story was it? He said that the reason he does not lose his humanity even when it is difficult and difficult to endure is because of the invisible ‘heroes’. After waiting, plant rice. It is God’s providence that rain falls. You have to endure the scorching heat to ripen yellow rice and harvest it. I was lucky to meet Lim Young-woong, and it may have been everyone’s fate.

He is as humble and good-natured as his singing. There is a behind-the-scenes story that he declined to pay hundreds of millions of dollars in a solo show on KBS and appeared with no guarantee.

He said, “I am satisfied just by giving a little to the production staff who are struggling behind the scenes, and presenting the stage to the viewers.” It’s a human scent that can only be smelled on dirt spoons.

Lim Young-woong is a practice bug. It’s not just a song that comes out. Rather than giving us joy through technique, he steals our hearts. This is why his songs are as clear and refreshing as May. One musician says: “Lim Young-woong has no unnecessary elements in the song itself. He sings cleanly. “The singing is completely devoid of pretense and feels sincere, so it resonates with me better.”

Just as he sang it in secret while working part-time at a convenience store when he was unknown, he may be humming it at this very moment.

‘Honey, remember that time./ My youngest son’s college exam/ The night I spent wide awake… / Time goes by / and we have come this far.’ I hear that song that fills me with tears. ‘The story of an old couple in their 60s.’

Inside the body, cells arise in waves.
