[KOREA MAT 2024] Plotik introduces self-driving logistics robot, a ‘one-way’ logistics robot

--

Flotic participated in the 14th International Logistics Industry Exhibition (KOREA MAT 2024) and pre-released the self-driving logistics robot solution ‘Floware’ and a new robot model scheduled for official commercialization in the second half of the year.

KOREA MAT 2024, sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and hosted by the Korea Integrated Logistics Association, is Korea’s largest logistics industry exhibition. It will be held from April 23 to 26 at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2 in Ilsan, and seven logistics industry-related exhibitions, including the International Logistics Industry Exhibition, are being held simultaneously.

Floware, the self-driving logistics robot solution introduced by Flotic, is a robot solution that efficiently assists in the picking process, which takes up the most time in shipping from e-commerce logistics centers. It consists of ‘Floatic Engine’, a platform that plans and manages logistics center order work in the most productive way, and ‘Flody’, an autonomous robot that actually performs picking work together with people.

At this exhibition, Flotic implemented a demonstration space in its booth with the same environment as an actual logistics center and presented an organic and efficient picking process using flowware. Visitors can directly experience picking and check out detailed functions specialized for the logistics environment, such as Flotic’s unique picking guide function.

Plotik’s competitiveness lies in its focus on ‘logistics’ from its establishment. Because we focus on the logistics domain, we provide the optimal solution for logistics, by logistics, and for logistics. Leads an efficient and optimal movement route for maximum efficiency.

It provides a flexible solution that can be introduced in any work environment, a pipeline that completes everything from center linkage to work planning and operation in one go, stable operation completed with accurate work support, real-time response based on data, and efficient operation planning.

A Plotik official said, “Through POC experience with various types of customers such as e-commerce and home shopping and logistics centers last year, Plotik successfully completed verification of the effectiveness of the order processing logic to improve productivity and the driving stability of the robot. “Our goal this year is to enter the full-scale commercialization phase and convey our achievements and vision through this exhibition.”
