How much is it?” When the female students asked, “Why are you doing this to us?” Student A said, “Other kids shouldn’t go with their mothers. You guys are perfect.”

Afterwards, it is said that Mr. A followed the 8-year-old girl who got off the academy car and lured her to the playground, showing her his genitals and saying, ‘Let’s see yours too.’ When her girl ran away and entered the common entrance of her house, Mr. A followed her and knelt down and begged her, saying, “Let’s go to the staircase (where there is no CCTV).” Afterwards, she reportedly exposed her genitals again at another location.

As the controversy spread, it was discovered that Group A’s parents put their house up for sale in order to move.

The director of a nearby academy said, “Parents and students all know who the assailant is. If he lives in the complex, it would be controversial,” and added, “I heard that the assailant has put his house on the market. They say he hasn’t moved out yet.”

Police patrols have also been strengthened. The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced that it patrolled the apartment complex starting at 2:30 pm on this day with two mobile patrol vehicles and 10 experienced officers. The legal community believes that Group A is a juvenile (10 to 14 years old) and will not be subject to criminal punishment. In the case of an adult, the crime of attempted forcible molestation, public indecency, and conversation for the purpose of sexual exploitation under the Act on Sexual Protection of Children and Adolescents (Acheong Act) is established, but punishment is difficult because the person is a criminal minor. However, it appears that the parents of the victim will be able to claim alimony through a civil lawsuit against the parents of the perpetrator.
