This inspection was prepared to check the personnel, financial accounting, and office management of the local self-reliance center to ensure transparency and accountability in the operation of the self-reliance center and to improve business operation.
To this end, a provincial-city-county joint inspection team will be formed to focus on △organization and human resource management management, △donation management, △self-reliance worker business group sales management, and △self-reliance project participant management.
In addition, this guidance inspection plans to support the sound operation of local self-reliance centers by moving away from the existing one-way inspection method centered on administrative dispositions and focusing on on-site consulting to encourage autonomous improvement.
Meanwhile, Gyeongsangbuk-do supports the operation of 19 local self-reliance centers, contributing to creating conditions for self-reliance and enhancing self-reliance capabilities for the working poor in the province.
Lee Do-hyung, head of the Social Welfare Department of Gyeongsangbuk-do, said, “We will continue to provide guidance and support to local self-reliance centers so that they can operate transparently and responsibly in the overall operation of self-reliance projects. Based on this, we will do our best to promote self-reliance and self-reliance for low-income people and revitalize self-reliance projects.” “I will do my best,” he said.
