The event was held reverently with the attendance of about 120 members, including Yangpyeong-gun Mayor Jin-seon Jeon, Yangpyeong-gun Council Chairman Soon-ok Yoon, and Jeong Seong-hwan, president of the Yangpyeong-gun branch of the Military Distinguished Service Merit Association.
