Tongyang Life Insurance announced on the 25th that it received a commendation from the Governor of Gyeonggi Province in recognition of its active efforts to support participants in the World Scout Jamboree.

Previously, Tongyang Life Insurance provided support for safety and convenience at the ‘2023 Saemangeum World Scout Jamboree’ held in Saemangeum, Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do in August last year. At the time, as the team members were exposed to the risk of typhoons during the jamboree period, the dormitories, classrooms, and gymnasium of the Dongyang Life Insurance Human Resources Development Center located in Goyang City were opened.

Tongyang Life Insurance’s Human Resources Development Center is a specialized educational facility where an average of 70,000 people visit annually to receive talent development training. It was opened in 1991 for the purpose of training executives and designers. We support education and activities for visitors through a lodging building with approximately 170 studio-style rooms equipped with beds, showers, TVs, and Wi-Fi.
