[서산=뉴시스]Reporter Kim Deok-jin = Seonyang Soju Co., Ltd. will participate in the promotion of the ‘2024 76th Chungcheongnam-do Sports Festival’ to be held in Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do in June.
Seosan City announced on the 25th that the mayor’s office held a ceremony to hand over Shenyang Soju and soju promotional auxiliary labels to successfully host this competition.
Shenyang Soju decided to put promotional text for this competition on 200,000 bottles of its soju products, create posters, and distribute them to restaurants in the province.
On this day, Sales Manager Kang Jae-gyu handed Mayor Lee Wan-seop an auxiliary label to promote the event to be attached to soju bottles.
The city predicted that this promotion for Seonyang Soju, a representative liquor company in the Chungcheong region, would have a great effect.
Mayor Lee said, “I am grateful for Shenyang Soju’s active support,” and added, “I will do my best to make it a successful competition by preparing a program that everyone who visits the city, including citizens, athletes, tourists, and volunteers, can enjoy.”
Meanwhile, this competition will be held for 4 days from June 13th to 16th at 33 stadiums, including Seosan Sports Complex.
More than 10,000 athletes from 15 cities and counties in South Chungcheong Province will participate in 30 sports.
The opening ceremony held at the main stadium of Seosan Sports Complex on the first day of the competition will feature a drone light show, a multimedia show, and congratulatory performances by popular singers such as Lee Chan-won, Koyotae, and Hong Jin-young.
The closing ceremony to be held on June 16th is expected to include comprehensive awards, screening of highlight videos, and congratulatory performances by popular singers.
