Mr. Kim and Mr. Lee dragged Mr. A by the collar and shoulders and hit him on the head with a hat. It was also found that he went out of the PC room, grabbed Ms. A by the neck, and pushed her against the wall of the building.
The court said, “The degree of assault is not light, and the fact that they have a history of receiving similar fines is a disadvantage,” but added, “The defendants are showing an attitude of acknowledging and reflecting on the crime, have reached an agreement with the victim, and have no history of crimes exceeding a fine.” “We took this into account as an advantageous situation,” he explained.
