The Korea Professional Construction Association, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, and Donghae City Council (Chairman Kim Hee-jae) recently donated 4 million won for local community development.
On the 19th, the Donghae City Council donated 1 million won as a donation to help neighbors in need in the region and 3 million won as a Donghae Citizen Scholarship to nurture local talent.
Council President Kim Hee-jae said, “Through this donation, we hope to share our difficulties with our neighbors in the community and be of great help to the growth of future generations by expanding educational opportunities.”
Donghae Mayor Shim Gyu-eon said, “We are grateful to the Donghae City Council of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province of the Korea Professional Construction Association for their contribution to the development of the local community and the improvement of the welfare of residents. We will ensure that the donations are delivered to those who really need them.”
