Daegu-Gyeongbuk Training Institute of the Small and Medium Venture Business Corporation (President Myung-seon Lee, hereinafter referred to as SMBA) is offering the “2024 Smart Factory Long-Term In-depth Course” for employees of small and medium-sized companies that are planning to introduce smart factories by Friday, May 3. The ‘Smart Factory Employee Long-Term In-Depth Course’ is a free training course to support the training of smart factory professionals and is operated in four areas: ▲ introduction strategy ▲ data analysis ▲ manufacturing automation ▲ operations management.

The curriculum consists of a total of 4 months and 160 hours, including ▲orientation (6 hours) ▲online training (40 hours) ▲offline practice (8 hours) ▲field project (96 hours) ▲results report and completion ceremony (10 hours). .

In detail, it will be conducted through online education on overall smart factory operation and management and practical training using the six smart factory learning centers operated by SMB. In addition, smart factory experts are dispatched to company sites to identify problems and conduct on-site projects in which trainees take the lead in carrying out improvement tasks.

In particular, this year, in order to improve the quality of education, the operating method was reorganized by increasing the proportion of field projects and the number of expert field visits. In addition, trainees who have completed the existing long-term intensive course can reapply for other training fields, and follow-up management is planned to be provided after the training is completed.
