It has been reported that Chinese IT company Xiaomi sub-brand POCO’s first tablet ‘POCO Pad’ will be released.

According to a report by Indian media outlet MySmartPrice, the ‘Poco Pad’ using model number 2405CPCFBG recently passed certification by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

In the certification document, in addition to the model number, you can find some information such as HyperOS 1.0 based on Android 14, 33W wired charging, and Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax.

In particular, the FCC certification document shows that the Poco tablet is the same model as the Redmi Pad Pro (model number 2405CRPFDL), a previously certified product (FCC ID 2AFZZPFDL).

Foreign media reported, “The FCC certification document suggests that the Poco Pad is a rebranded model of the Redmi Pad Pro.” If it is a rebranded model, it is expected that most specifications will be shared.

‘Redmi Pad Pro’, which is scheduled for global release, features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1600px resolution, and is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s 2nd generation, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage.

It is equipped with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera on the front and an 8MP wide-angle camera on the back, and the 10,000mAh battery supports up to 33W fast charging. It also provides quad speakers with Dolby Atmos and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The operating system runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
