The Korea Baseball Organization and KBO announced that they had provided decision sound receivers to each team as a supplementary measure for ABS operation, which has raised controversy over decision manipulation.
Accordingly, each team receives strike and ball decisions at the same time as the head umpire and third base umpire, and if a decision error is suspected, it must request confirmation from the umpire before the next pitch.
