ㅇ This is a faithful implementation of what was discussed with the Korea Cargo Workers’ Union in June, and the promises to abolish the sunset system and expand items that the Korea Cargo Workers’ Union unilaterally insists on are completely untrue.
□ The safe fare system was originally introduced for the purpose of improving traffic safety, but as a result of the temporary implementation over the past three years, the safety improvement effect was unclear.
ㅇ Accordingly, the government has decided that it is necessary to observe the effect of the system through the extension of sunset, but that it is not appropriate to expand items in a situation where the effect of the system is unclear.
